Weekly Digest Week Five
Without our designer in this week we have had to push schedules back for at least a day. This hasn’t been ideal as we have quite a lot of work to get through and with client meetings looming it’s becoming a bit of a struggle.
I have had to delegate work from college which has eaten into a morning of one day and taken the time away from collaborating with fellow students on current events.
The designing of the site took longer than expected and as such had to postpone the building aspects of the company website. I have had to take the work home and create the site in my spare time on top of the ever growing work load.
Letterheads and business cards are delegated so at least those will be completed for next week.
As I didn’t get the site designed in time I have had to let the developer get on with an adjacent assignment to give him something to do for the day. Next week though there will be more work to delegate as our first client meeting will have taken place.
